One that stays on like liquid liner yet gives you perfect precision like a pencil.
This amazing Gel liner is long lasting and works great to give you that purrfect cat eye effect we all love!
Its deep matte black glides on the eye lid effortlessly. Can be used on top and bottom lid. Gives you the perfect amount of depth and makes those eyes pop!
Want a softer look? Just smudge it a little using a q tip or brush. Although its smudge proof, you can play with it a little bit right after application to soften it up a bit if you desire.
You can tone it up or tone it down and it’s available in a variety of colors!
Goes on perfect with the right brush. I personally use the MAC 209 Eye Liner Brush ($17.50)

I have used this product. It is the Bomb Diggigty. I always get compliments on it, and everybody always ask me which eyeliner do you I use. I guess the secret is out!! LoL 8
OMG, I tried soo many other products similar to this but eventually all of them flake away as the day goes by even though they claim to be “smudge-proof”… but this stuff is amazing, I bought it after I read your post on here and I have to say you know your stuff…The Mac Fluidline did everything you said it would…keep the tips coming..really appreciate your input…
