Charlotte’s First Pop-Up Shop: Vintage Charlotte
Vintage Charlotte held its first contemporary pop-up flea market for hip charlotteans on Saturday, June 23rd at The Annex (operated by Amelie’s Bakery) at 3128 The Plaza, Charlotte, NC 28205. Vintage Charlotte is an event organizer located in Charlotte, North Carolina. They specialize in pop-up vintage shops and flea markets in a young and contemporary way, taking the them to the next level. Vintage Charlotte is the brain child of Amy Herman and Kurtis Hessler.
Over 20 vendors participated in the market with items ranging from vintage clothing, handbags, jewelry, handmade cards, vintage lighting, furniture, pillows, kitchen accessories and tools. Doors opened to early bird shoppers at 9:30 a.m. and the market saw a crowd of over 850 visitors.
