SIMON FASHION NOW™ RETURNS TO SOUTHPARK OCTOBER 19 & 20

Have you every wanted to attend a runway fashion show by your favorite designer or boutique but somehow the invite missed your inbox?

Fall fashion and trends arrive at SouthPark with Simon Fashion Now™, a series of energetic fashion shows and interactive entertainment designed and presented by Simon Property Group, Inc. from October 19 – 20.

Participating retailers at SouthPark and The Village at SouthPark include Belk, Dillard’s, Macy’s, 7 for all Mankind, Aerosoles, Ann Taylor, bebe, Eye Candy Boutique, Francesca’s Collections, GAP, GAP Kids, Guess, Gymboree, Janie & Jack, Lacoste, Lilly Pulitzer, lululemon athletica, Nine West, Paul Simon, Paul Simon for Women, Rockport, Tara Grinna Swimwear, Tommy Bahama, Tumi, United Colors of Benetton, vineyard vines and White House | Black Market.  More names could possibly be added in the weeks to come.

Though the event is entertaining, it’s also very practical.  Each event offers advice and insight into the latest cosmetic trends, must-have accessories and fashionable flair available at select Simon properties.  The shows will feature men’s, women’s and children’s looks all available for purchase right off the runway. All events are free and open to everyone.

So here is the scoop…break out your calendar.  The events and activities kick off Friday evening at 5 p.m. with Trends & Friends Night in Circle Court and include insight into upcoming trends, opportunities to view the latest fashions, tutorials on the latest trends in cosmetics and more.  Additionally, local celebrities will strut their stuff on the catwalk Friday evening modeling looks from local designers to honor and raise funds for Autism Speaks. The fun continues on Saturday with a series of exciting runway shows featuring the hottest looks for fall beginning at 12:30 p.m. as well as Style Stops throughout the mall, in-store promotions and special discounts available from participating retailers.
