Digital Printastic

If you’ve really been paying attention, then you know I have a special place in my heart for Mary Katrantzou’s work.  She specializes in digital prints and she was doing it before everyone else. Now, the digital print trend has taken over.  Erdem and Alice+Olivia are two more designers who are taking up the digital print challenge and doing it well; balancing on the edge of too much chaos and just enough to float your eyes down a merry river of color and shapes. Wear digital prints with streamlined, slightly chunky jewelry to give the detailed flare of the prints some weight. If you don’t want to go all out with the print, try it in a smaller size, like a purse or shoe.  Either way, you’ll be sure to catch a few dozen eyes.
